Holding Fee
The holding fee is £120 INCLUDING VAT each applicant. This amount is payable as a non - refundable holding fee, which upon receipt holds the property for the applicants. This fee also covers Joseph Newman administration costs including drawing up of the Tenancy Agreement and payment to the Reference company.

Holding Rent
A holding rent of £200.00 is required after the references have been approved. This is payable within 2 weeks of the application. This amount will be deducted from the first months rent and will be non - refundable.

Deposit
The deposit required is equal to one and a half months rent. The summer rent is paid at half rent providing the property is unoccupied. Should one or more tenants occupy the property during the summer then the full rent for the whole property will be due. Full rent is payable as from September 2006. All deposit monies and summer rent must be paid in cleared funds (Bankers draft, Building Society Cheque or Cash). This includes funds paid by guarantors
