HOLDING FEE £150 PLUS VAT PER PERSON OVER
THE AGE OF 18.
This amount is payable as a holding fee which upon receipt takes the
property off the market for a maximum of one week whilst references
are being processed and is STRICTLY NON RETURNABLE. This
fee also covers Joseph Newman admin costs including drawing up of
the Tenancy Agreement and payment to the Reference Company.
Application forms and guarantor forms are to be returned within
one week of the date of the holding fee receipt.
RENT/DEPOSIT
One months rent in advance and one and a half months deposit
is required on the day you move in either in cash, building
society cheque or bankers draft cheque made out to Joseph Newman,
the rent is then collected on a per calendar month basis by standing
order.
